About the role

Scandiweb is looking for a PR & Media Hacker to generate public attention for the company, its ventures, and selected client projects. The role is ideal for creative storytellers who can turn ordinary business topics into compelling narratives that spark discussion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify PR opportunities within internal projects, product development, research, and market trends.
• Transform complex or routine topics into news‑worthy stories with strong headlines, tension, and relevance.
• Design and execute creative PR campaigns, stunts, and events that attract media coverage.
• Generate original news moments when a story does not yet exist.
• Research and target journalists, editors, podcasters, creators, and industry influencers.
• Craft personalized pitches and manage outreach across multiple media channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR, journalism, communications, creative agencies, content creation, startups, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, uncover angles, and persist until a story gains traction.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous learning.
