Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Shared Services Center in Vilnius. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage the full procurement cycle and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions for the PHOENIX Group.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement procurement strategies to optimise cost and quality.
• Run end‑to‑end sourcing processes, including RFP/RFQ creation, supplier inquiries and negotiations.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to analyse specifications, select suppliers and streamline tendering.
• Research, evaluate and onboard suppliers, maintaining up‑to‑date records in the procurement system.
• Support contract lifecycle activities such as authoring, storage, renewals and analysis.
• Coordinate stakeholder sign‑off using e‑signature platforms and report on procurement performance, savings and supplier metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably with exposure to IT or technology categories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
