Product Manager – Accounts & Deposits

About the role

As a Product Manager for Accounts and Deposits at Luminor, you will own the full lifecycle of banking products, from analysis and design through implementation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with local client support teams and regional stakeholders to ensure solutions are efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end business analysis and translate needs into clear user stories, specifications, and documentation.
• Drive system upgrades, regulatory changes, and product enhancements, managing implementation and change processes.
• Maintain JIRA boards, providing visibility on progress, priorities, and performance.
• Monitor product performance using data dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data quality and generating actionable insights.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, resolve incidents, and identify opportunities to simplify processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to align priorities, refine backlogs, and support sprint execution.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, supporting UAT and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and business continuity activities.

Required profile

• Experience in development and lifecycle management of banking products.
• Ability to define system functionalities and produce clear, structured requirements documentation.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with a focus on issue identification and resolution.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements in the Baltic region.
• Proven capability in incident management and maintaining accurate product documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Proactive, well‑organized, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
