Product Owner – Privileged Access Management (IAM)

About the role

SEB is looking for a Product Owner to lead the evolution of its Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution within the Internal Identity & Access Management team. You will shape the product roadmap, prioritize security‑focused features, and work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver automated, user‑friendly capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the PAM product backlog and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements from Security, Risk, Compliance and IT into concrete product features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Align PAM services with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets and cost controls for PAM solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Identity & Access Management.
• Hands‑on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proven track record of driving security improvements and automation.
• Strong understanding of risk management, security governance and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in banking or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
