Production Operations Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead and scale a team of up to 100 agents. You will work closely with product and global teams to optimise processes, drive hyper‑growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect reports, fostering development and high performance.
• Define project priorities, set timelines and ensure rapid delivery of goals.
• Resolve complex customer issues and model best‑in‑class service standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to continuously improve service levels.
• Analyse business cases, make data‑driven decisions and implement scalable systems.
• Own business line metrics, enhancing decision‑making quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners for strategic deal‑making.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree from a top university.
• Experience in engineering or a structured, KPI‑focused environment such as a startup.
• Proven track record managing large teams with direct and indirect reports.
• Strong leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting handling multiple challenges simultaneously.
