Project Manager – EU (Lithuania)

About the role

Dextall is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team in Lithuania. You will lead the execution of façade projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, scope and risk targets while aligning with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, budgets and deliverables, and secure required resources.
• Build and guide high‑performance project teams, assign roles, foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare, track and manage project budgets, optimise resource utilisation and address shortages early.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies and respond quickly to unforeseen issues.
• Maintain open communication, issue regular status updates and act as the primary contact for internal departments and external partners.
• Apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMBOK®), monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts and industry standards, and conduct quality audits.
• Evaluate change requests, manage approved adjustments and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or prefabricated façade environment.
• Technical qualification in engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and deliver projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong budgeting, resource planning, risk and change management skills.
• Clear, structured stakeholder communication and reporting.
