Project Manager – Marketing Execution Services

About the role

As a Project Manager for Marketing Execution Services you will be the primary contact for international brand clients, ensuring their print and retail communication projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality. Based in Vilnius, you will work closely with teams in Riga and Warsaw and coordinate a network of suppliers and production partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building relationships and translating their goals into actionable project plans.
• Lead projects from brief through production coordination to final delivery, managing timelines, costs and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production partners and internal teams in Riga and Warsaw to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify potential issues early and implement solutions before they impact the project.
• Prepare offers, quotations and all necessary project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, client service or print production.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English; additional languages (Latvian, Polish) are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward.
