TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager (Freelance, Lithuania)

About the role

Orbio World's TikTok Marketplace Team connects its brands with creators who build authentic content and drive sales. It is looking for a freelance TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to grow the creator network and manage partnerships from first outreach to campaign results. TikTok Shop experience is a plus but not required; proven experience managing affiliate or influencer partnerships at scale is essential.

The ideal candidate is available full-time, though experienced freelancers can commit at least 20 hours per week. There is an opportunity to move into a full-time, in-house role later if both sides are interested.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a network of TikTok creators and affiliate partners across international markets.
• Manage creator partnerships end to end: outreach, negotiations, onboarding, product seeding and follow-ups.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, give creators clear briefs and let them make content their audiences trust.
• Track content performance, conversions and sales to identify what works and scale successful partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a large portfolio of active affiliates or influencers and several campaigns at once, with clear processes for communication, execution and performance tracking.
• Understanding of creator communities and content that drives purchases, with curiosity about TikTok Shop.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a data-informed approach to improving results.
• Ability to take ownership as a freelance partner, manage priorities independently and keep collaborations moving.
