Public Relations Consultant – Fixed Term (2 Years)

About the role

We are looking for a Public Relations Consultant to join Lidl’s communications team on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will shape and deliver PR strategies that reinforce our brand across Lithuania and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and external communication strategies aligned with Lidl’s brand values.
• Write and distribute press releases and other media materials that clearly convey the brand message.
• Plan and manage press events and promotional activities to engage media and the public.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media and internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report on media coverage and public perception.
• Provide regular insights and performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Higher education in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in public relations or external communications.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English with excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
