Python Developer for Process Automation

About the role

RoboLabs is rebuilding accounting from the ground up with automated, intelligent systems. We are looking for a Python developer who enjoys turning complex processes into clean, cohesive solutions and wants to be part of a fast‑moving team that delivers real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve Python solutions for process automation and robotisation.
• Integrate systems and contribute to the development of innovative internal platforms.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to turn ideas into functional products.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on Python development experience.
• Experience working with Django, Odoo, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot when solutions are not immediately obvious, and stay curious through testing and iteration.
• Focus on building features that are actually used rather than staying in a backlog.
