Quality Control Engineer – PCB Manufacturing

About the role

Join TLT Group’s expanding PCB production line in Vilnius as a Quality Control Engineer. You will help ensure that raw materials, components, and finished printed circuit boards meet the highest quality standards in a highly automated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and components according to established quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections of manufactured PCB products in line with technical specifications.
• Review and analyse testing and inspection data to identify non‑conformities.
• Coordinate handling of non‑conforming products and participate in investigations.
• Collaborate with process engineers, production teams, and supply‑chain specialists to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Suggest and implement process improvements and update quality control methods.
• Perform other tasks related to quality assurance as required.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, physical sciences, electronics, materials science or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control, preferably in electronics or precision manufacturing.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail‑oriented approach and responsibility.
• Good English language skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.

Required skills

• Use of measuring equipment and microscopes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental standards.
