React Native Mobile App Developer

About the role

MBito, one of Lithuania's fastest‑growing automotive startups, is looking for a React Native Mobile App Developer to extend its global product used by Mercedes owners worldwide. You will work on both Android and iOS platforms, integrating the app with a physical OBD dongle and Bluetooth hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the cross‑platform mobile application using React Native.
• Integrate and test hardware components such as OBD2 and Bluetooth.
• Collaborate with engineers to design, implement and launch new features from concept to production.
• Ensure app performance, stability and usability through bug fixing and optimisation.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code quality standards and automation pipelines.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in mobile development with a desire to grow.
• Hands‑on experience delivering production‑ready React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern state‑management libraries.
• Understanding of SQL databases and backend integration (GraphQL, REST; Hasura a plus).
• Ability to write clean code, use Git, participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong debugging skills.
• Interest in hardware or automotive domains is welcomed but not required.
