About the role

Join Luminor as a Real Estate Valuator, blending technical excellence with strategic insight to deliver high‑quality property valuations and support decision‑making across the Pan‑Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑estate valuations according to local and international standards.
• Visit and research properties to determine market values and ratings.
• Interview clients to understand needs and incorporate insights from internal and external sources.
• Monitor market and legislative changes affecting property values.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate valuation.
• Real Estate Valuator Certificate (assistant level acceptable).
• University degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking or Real‑Estate Valuation.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
