Receptionist – Luxury Resort Front Desk

About the role

Harmony Park, a 5‑star luxury resort & SPA set in the Prienai district, is seeking a professional, guest‑oriented Receptionist to join its Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations and respond to phone, email and in‑person enquiries.
• Process payments, issue invoices and keep accurate financial records.
• Provide accurate information about accommodation, SPA, restaurants, leisure activities and other resort services.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, SPA, F&B, Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling of resort experiences.
• Maintain a tidy, professional Front Desk environment and uphold 5‑star service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Professional appearance, guest‑oriented attitude and willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car are highly recommended.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and hotel management systems, specifically Protel and NSoft.
