Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media and other tools.
• Conduct outreach and screening conversations to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on sourcing metrics.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives, including recruitment events and targeted outreach campaigns.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to use sourcing tools and techniques effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
