About the role

We are looking for a motivated Regional Manager to oversee the administration of multiple sites in Vilnius. The role combines operational supervision, security staff coordination, and close collaboration with property owners and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer assigned sites and organize the work of on‑site security personnel.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues that arise at the locations.
• Communicate with property managers to ensure smooth implementation of work processes.
• Prepare work schedules for security staff and manage recruitment and training of new employees.
• Coordinate with HR and accounting departments to maintain accurate records.
• Support the opening of new sites and contribute to continuous improvement of site administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in management or site administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
• Good planning abilities and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
