Remote Media Buyer – Meta Ads

About the role

IMPACT BRANDS is seeking a remote Media Buyer specialized in Meta Ads to drive paid social campaigns for its health‑and‑wellness brands. You will translate brand positioning into effective prospecting and retargeting ads, optimise performance and collaborate with creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting.
• Conduct audience research, test interests, lookalikes and new targeting opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and conversion rates.
• Develop creative testing strategies, evaluate hooks, angles, visuals and formats.
• Identify winning campaigns, scale them while maintaining profitability and brand consistency.
• Track and report results using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to turn insights into stronger on‑brand creative.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta Ads trends and propose new opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels and attribution.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
• Experience managing budgets of €5,000+ per month (preferred).
• Fluent English.
