About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Event Service Manager to coordinate catering and service for events of all sizes, from private celebrations to large corporate, governmental, and public gatherings. You will lead waiter teams, communicate with clients and organizers, and ensure smooth, timely, and aesthetically pleasing food service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate food service and catering for events of various formats.
• Lead and schedule waiter teams, assign tasks and manage working hours.
• Oversee event preparation, execution, and post‑event cleanup.
• Maintain high standards of service and food presentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, organizers, and internal teams.
• Resolve unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Experience in catering, hospitality, restaurant or event management.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑orientation.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
