Restaurant Growth Partner (Remote – Lithuania)

About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual‑brand network across Lithuania and seeks motivated hospitality professionals to become Restaurant Growth Partners. Working remotely, you will connect restaurants with GFV’s delivery‑first brand system, helping them unlock new revenue streams from existing kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants that have under‑utilised kitchen space.
• Introduce owners and operators to GFV’s virtual brand model.
• Guide partners through onboarding and launch of delivery‑focused brands.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and support the successful operation of GFV brands.
• Build and expand a personal portfolio of restaurant partners across Lithuania.

Required profile

• Proven experience within the Lithuanian food‑service or hospitality ecosystem.
• Strong network of restaurant owners, operators, chefs, or related professionals.
• Ability to communicate the benefits of virtual brands and delivery‑first concepts.
• Self‑driven attitude with a focus on generating recurring revenue.
