Restaurant Growth Partner – Remote (Lithuania)

About the role

We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals in Lithuania to join Global Food Ventures as Restaurant Growth Partners. In this independent, commission‑based role you will help restaurants launch delivery‑first virtual brands using their existing kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with unused kitchen space and introduce them to GFV’s virtual brand model.
• Guide restaurant owners through the onboarding process and support the launch of delivery‑focused brands.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of partner restaurants across Lithuania.
• Foster long‑term relationships to generate recurring revenue from each partner.

Required profile

• Strong network and relationships within the Lithuanian food and hospitality sector.
• Experience as a restaurant consultant, operator, chef, sales professional, or similar hospitality role.
• Ability to work independently and manage a partner pipeline.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen capacity utilization.
• Understanding of delivery platforms and virtual brand concepts.
