Key responsibilities

• Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools.
• Maintain floor and stock presence.
• Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
• Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and advise customers with passion and confidence.
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for fashion and relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability and desire to collaborate with and inspire teammates.
• Local language preferable, with effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Technological proficiency, able to use technology to drive sales and customer experience.
• Clienteling tools and product knowledge.
