Sales Support Executive – Baltic Region

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will boost the efficiency of our national sales operations across the Baltic region. You will provide essential administrative, logistics, and planning assistance to field sales teams, ensuring they have the data and tools needed to achieve strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling promotional offers, logistics data, and BBD/OOS inquiries.
• Enter and maintain data in demand‑planning and promotional tools, and conduct pre‑ and post‑ROI evaluations.
• Gather trade‑expenditure evidence, review accruals, and support invoice approval processes.
• Prepare sales‑meeting materials, draft presentations, and manage product‑change and supply‑chain updates.
• Produce daily sales‑out reports and periodic internal reports, distributing POSM information to the field force and distributors.
• Support sales‑related projects with data analysis and participate in BBD/OOS mitigation meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting sales teams and preparing sales reports.
• Fluent English; knowledge of a Baltic language is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and high‑level administrative abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
