Sales Team Lead

About the role

Pineca Group is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to own and drive performance of an international sales team. You will coach a group of 7+ representatives, manage pipeline health and ensure consistent execution across the sales funnel to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance and key KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value and activity levels.
• Own and manage pipeline health, ensuring strong coverage and conversion across all funnel stages.
• Drive consistent execution of the sales process and enforce adherence to defined standards.
• Ensure timely follow‑ups and high‑quality lead management within the CRM.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 7+ sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and call evaluations to improve effectiveness.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions, training plans and continuous development initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard and scale the sales team.
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to generate insights and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning and achievement of revenue targets.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing sales teams of 5 or more.
• Strong track record in high‑volume B2C lead environments or similar fast‑paced settings.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on results and operational excellence.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
• Data‑oriented decision‑making and strong analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for lead and activity management.
• Data analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and inform decisions.
