About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator ensures smooth flow of raw materials and finished products in our Šeduva facility. You will manage receiving, storage, and dispatch operations while maintaining accurate records and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, goods and products, verifying quantity, condition and documentation.
• Organise unloading of incoming materials and loading of outgoing finished products.
• Maintain warehouse records using WMS/ERP systems.
• Arrange warehouse space to optimise utilisation.
• Issue raw materials to production lines and monitor inventory balances.
• Report shortages or discrepancies to the direct supervisor.
• Follow safety, health and fire‑safety regulations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and ensure proper use of tools.
• Enter received finished products into the system.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure data accuracy.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Experience in warehouse or accounting tasks within a manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift driver’s licence.
• Understanding of receiving, issuing and inventory processes.
• Experience in storage or logistics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Responsible, punctual, meticulous and organised.
• Team‑player attitude.
