Security Lead – Software Delivery

About the role

Lead and continuously evolve the security strategy for the Orchestration Platforms offering, embedding security into the software delivery lifecycle and driving secure‑by‑design practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the security strategy for Orchestration Platforms.
• Embed security into SDLC, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Partner with product owners, tech leads, engineers, architects and security stakeholders to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Define, implement and continuously improve security capabilities, controls and processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in application security, DevSecOps or cloud security with a hands‑on delivery track record.
• Background as a software engineer, preferably Java‑based, able to define roadmaps and security metrics.
• Pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to actively use AI tools in daily work.
