Senior Brand Designer (Fintech)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of Krak, our money‑app platform. You will be the creative lead behind all brand touch‑points, ensuring a consistent, high‑impact experience across product, marketing and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand refreshes and evolution for Krak, owning visual identity, art direction and design standards end‑to‑end.
• Ensure Krak’s look and feel across website, product launches, lifecycle emails, paid acquisition, organic social, app‑store assets and events.
• Create 3D models of the card product and other key visuals to reinforce brand aesthetics.
• Develop motion systems and animations that bring the brand to life, from simple to advanced work.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools for rapid concepting, production and collaboration with video/animation specialists.
• Build and maintain a scalable illustration style and reusable asset library.
• Design Figma component libraries, marketing templates and localization‑ready layouts for fast, on‑brand output.
• Implement variable and auto‑generated asset systems, modular campaign kits and creative automation workflows to support multi‑market launches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience in fintech or top‑tier design agencies.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, marketing and engineering teams in a high‑performance environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating detail‑oriented design, strategic thinking and provocative creativity.
• Excellent command of typography, colour, layout and composition.
• Natural storyteller able to present work, rationalise decisions and communicate concepts clearly.
