Senior Product Designer

About the role

Webshare is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own end‑to‑end experiences across onboarding, activation, proxy setup and usage analytics. You will work closely with product managers and engineers from problem definition through delivery and iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product experience for key areas such as onboarding, activation, proxy setup and usage analytics.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to frame ambiguous problems, explore multiple approaches and shape what is built.
• Conduct continuous discovery, prototype concepts and validate designs through research before execution.
• Design and interpret product experiments and A/B tests, using behavioural data to inform future decisions.
• Map the complete customer journey, identify friction points and translate complex technical mechanics into user‑friendly experiences.
• Contribute to the design system and elevate product thinking through evidence‑based rationale and collaborative critiques.

Required profile

• Strong product design experience with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership of digital products or product areas.
• Evidence‑based approach that balances business goals, customer needs, technical constraints and behavioural data.
• Exceptional interaction and information‑design skills for translating complex settings and data into clear interfaces.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate from problem definition through delivery, measurement and post‑launch iteration.
• Low‑ego, pragmatic mindset with strong ownership and the ability to defend and adapt decisions based on real‑world evidence.
