Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Invest Lithuania is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to shape its visual communication and support major investment projects. You will create marketing assets, develop brand concepts, and design user‑focused digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials across digital and physical formats, including leaflets, publications, campaign assets, event materials and landing pages.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Help evolve Invest Lithuania’s visual identity and ensure consistent brand application across all channels.
• Design user‑facing digital experiences using solid UX principles and generative AI tools as part of the daily workflow.

Required profile

• University degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, business, economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic, brand or creative design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong command of core design principles such as typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy and brand application.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and confidence using generative AI tools.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian communication skills.

• Gross salary from €2,800 to €3,800 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
