Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Growth Lead) who combines deep paid‑media expertise with analytical thinking and full‑funnel ownership. This growth‑architect role goes beyond campaign execution, defining performance leadership and scaling acquisition engines across paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale acquisition engines across paid channels while optimizing the entire customer journey from ad impression to account activation.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns, run A/B tests, improve landing pages and support email automation to boost CTR, CVR, CPA and LTV:CAC.
• Take full ownership of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max) including architecture, segmentation and scaling strategy.
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels and unconventional growth opportunities.
• Build and oversee social media strategies, create content funnels and write effective ad copy.
• Allocate budget, optimize ROI and make data‑driven decisions.
• Implement and enhance tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion APIs, Meta Pixel and server‑side solutions.
• Work with data in BigQuery and Looker, ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies and build performance dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, digital team, external agencies and colleagues across Europe.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Hacker or CRO Manager with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to shape strategies and explain performance drivers.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with a cost‑efficient approach to marketing.
• Hands‑on, curious mindset that questions assumptions and explores new ideas.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English (B2/C1 level).
