Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

PwC Lithuania is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications team. You will shape the brand’s online presence, create compelling visual assets and drive engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce on‑brand visual assets (static and dynamic) for websites, social media, email campaigns, posters, presentations and other digital or print media.
• Manage daily social‑media activity on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, including content planning, copywriting, publishing and performance monitoring.
• Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns, handling audience segmentation and platform management.
• Maintain website content, update pages, upload assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines while tracking basic web analytics.
• Create, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Collaborate with the M&C team and cross‑functional departments to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in design and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver with solid analytical abilities.

• WordPress or Shopify (or similar CMS)

• Email marketing platforms
• Basic SEO/SEM knowledge (bonus)
