Senior IT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing a large project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progress.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and promptly.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce and retail industries, including key business processes and trends.
• Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Experience with project budget tracking and resource utilization.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
