Senior .NET Software Engineer

About the role

HeyPolo is building a privacy‑first smart location‑sharing app that keeps families and friends connected safely. As a Senior .NET Software Engineer you will shape the server‑side logic of this new product, working with a small, autonomous team to deliver high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and own the backend logic of the application.
• Lead design and implementation of APIs and backend features using .NET/C#.
• Write clear, well‑tested, and documented code that delivers business value.
• Ensure responsive and reliable service through scalable and resilient architecture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer with .NET/C#.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern .NET frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Background in building highly scalable systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in database design and management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and team‑oriented mindset.
