Senior PPC Expert (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance‑marketing professional to own and scale our paid‑search campaigns. You will work with a fast‑growing privacy‑focused tech brand, driving acquisition across global markets while ensuring high‑quality data and creative alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, forecast and execute PPC activities across Google Ads, Bing and other platforms.
• Manage large‑scale budgets (>$5 M yearly) while monitoring CPA, CAC and ROAS daily.
• Design and run A/B tests, analyse results and translate insights into optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and product teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with acquisition goals.
• Maintain data quality across tracking points, flag issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Produce regular performance reports using GA4, Looker and custom spreadsheets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with PPC trends and share relevant learnings with the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years proven experience managing Google Ads and Bing campaigns.
• Experience with global, high‑budget campaigns (>$5 M annually).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with large data sets and pivot tables.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams.
