Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are a venture‑backed ad‑tech startup building AI‑powered advertising technology. Our platform connects to multiple ad channels, processes large volumes of performance data, and enables brands and agencies to manage campaigns directly. Reliability and correctness are critical because a single bug can affect budgets, bids, or reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategy, plans, and regression suites for the web platform.
• Design, document, and execute test cases for onboarding, workspace setup, ad‑account connections, campaign creation, budget and bid changes, dashboards, filters, reports, alerts and notifications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Verify data integrity, ensuring numbers in dashboards and reports match source platforms.
• Log and track issues in the bug tracker, collaborate with developers on prioritisation and re‑testing.
• Participate in release planning and provide QA sign‑off for production deployments.
• Help investigate and reproduce production issues reported by users and support.
• Improve QA processes, documentation, and testing coverage over time.
• Set up or support test automation for critical flows.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of QA experience for web and mobile SaaS applications.
• Strong manual testing skills, including test case design, regression and exploratory testing.
• Experience with integration‑heavy products (APIs, third‑party platforms, webhooks).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Understanding of HTTP, APIs, basic logs and error tracing.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication in English and comfort working with distributed teams.
