Senior Recruiter (English & Lithuanian) – Pharma

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter fluent in English and Lithuanian to support finance, logistics and warehouse hiring across Lithuania. The role combines end‑to‑end recruitment ownership with proactive talent sourcing in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for finance, logistics and warehouse positions across Lithuania, from attraction to offer acceptance or contract creation.
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent using multiple channels, including talent mapping and market insight.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers through workforce planning, role scoping and regular communication.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes to increase efficiency and meet client SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and system records.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume logistics, finance or operational roles.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills to guide stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
