About the role
Artea Bank is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead its organic growth initiatives. You will improve the bank’s visibility on traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered discovery platforms while collaborating with marketing, content, UX, analytics, and technology teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that boost organic visibility, traffic quality, and business results.
- Identify and prioritize technical, content, and on‑page optimisation opportunities across all digital channels.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance search performance and customer journeys.
- Monitor, analyse, and report SEO performance using industry‑leading tools and data‑driven insights.
- Help build Artea Bank’s capabilities in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI‑driven search platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven organic growth results.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, site architecture and content SEO.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Effective collaboration with content, marketing, analytics, UX and technology teams.
