Senior Social & Content Manager

About the role

As the Senior Social & Content Manager you will lead Bondora’s social media strategy across all markets, own the editorial calendar and content distribution engine, and run the creator programme. You will work closely with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Performance and Country teams to turn content into a measurable growth lever.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end social media across all markets, elevating it into a measurable growth channel.
• Own the editorial calendar and content distribution engine, planning and atomising brand activations into platform‑native formats.
• Produce content in‑house with the Brand team and manage external agencies and UGC creators, handling sourcing, briefing, quality control and performance.
• Architect and operate an AI‑driven content engine, overseeing ideation, planning, production, repurposing, social listening and performance analysis.
• Run analytics on social, content and share‑of‑voice, turning data into editorial and distribution decisions.
• Manage day‑to‑day community moderation, responding to comments and messages across channels.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial or content marketing, preferably in fintech or fast‑paced digital businesses.
• Hands‑on experience building or operating AI‑enabled content workflows with measurable business impact.
• Strong editorial judgment and creative taste, especially when scaling content with AI.
• Senior‑level expertise across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta and LinkedIn, understanding platform‑native formats and algorithms.
• Proven analytical ability to translate social and content performance data into clear strategic decisions.
