Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, develop and scale the core platform that powers reservations, pricing, payments and operational workflows for property managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend services, APIs and event‑driven automation engines.
• Develop AI‑powered workflows using LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication and operational tasks.
• Build and maintain integrations with major partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS to ensure reliability and performance.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of features from problem definition through production monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade software systems in fast‑moving SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems and cloud architecture.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and ship high‑quality code.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
