Senior Tech Refresh Manager – IT Operations Governance

About the role

Danske Bank is seeking a Senior Tech Refresh Manager to join its IT Operations Governance team. You will drive the technology refresh cycle, ensuring ageing systems are replaced on time to maintain stable, secure, and compliant IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate technology refresh cycles in partnership with technology owners, ITAM teams and support functions.
• Identify and validate end‑of‑life technology inventories with IT Asset Management.
• Track remediation progress, report risks and overdue actions to management.
• Coordinate timely replacements and upgrades with technology owners.
• Support business, risk and regulatory compliance for technology lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve governance processes, tools and templates.
• Prepare clear status reports and insights for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT service management, IT governance or technology lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain governance expectations.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• ITIL framework knowledge.
• IT asset management practices.
