Service Technician

About the role

Moog is looking for a Service Technician to join its on‑site team in Vilnius. The role is hands‑on, supporting daily plant operations, system maintenance, and production activities while contributing to a performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot assembly‑line machinery and equipment at fixed workstations.
• Install components, move, pack and sort raw materials or finished goods as products progress along the line.
• Monitor product quality, identify defective items and record daily production data for performance analysis.
• Assist in planning and reviewing production schedules to optimise resource use, minimise costs and uphold quality standards.
• Provide guidance and training to less‑experienced staff while working under limited supervision.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or basic vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to solve routine technical problems with slightly complex solutions.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Vilnius and follow safety and quality procedures.
