Site Selection & Development Project Manager

About the role

Invest Lithuania is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join its Infrastructure Solutions Team. You will guide foreign investors through site selection, infrastructure planning and implementation of greenfield and brownfield projects, helping Lithuania attract high‑value investment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site‑selection analyses and recommend optimal locations for investors.
• Advise companies on territorial, land‑planning, construction, infrastructure and legal procedures.
• Develop deep knowledge of greenfield/brownfield project cycles and provide actionable insights.
• Represent investors in meetings with central and local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Assist investors in navigating local requirements and overcoming implementation challenges.
• Coordinate initiatives that promote special economic zones and industrial parks.
• Contribute to strategies that improve Lithuania’s investment climate for greenfield and brownfield projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Economics, International Relations, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or business consultancy.
• Experience in infrastructure, real estate, construction, site selection or land law is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Leadership, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo.
