About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shipment and Order Coordinator to manage the flow of devices for the Tele2 "Smart Master" phone maintenance centre. You will act as the main liaison between manufacturers, suppliers and courier services to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Key responsibilities

• Organise device orders, packing, dispatch through courier services and internal distribution.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and handle surplus stock disposal.
• Perform final quality checks on repaired devices before shipping to customers.
• Prepare regular reports and record data in internal systems.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in shipment or order coordination (preferred).
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player who takes personal responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
