Social Media Specialist – Employer Brand

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media Specialist to own and grow our people‑focused social media presence. The role sits within the HR team and will shape the employer brand by showcasing our culture, people and everyday life.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of people‑focused social channels, primarily Instagram, and develop a content plan aligned with employer‑brand goals.
• Conceptualise, film, edit and publish posts, Reels, Stories and other formats from start to finish.
• Collaborate with HR, Studio and Marketing teams to discover authentic stories and create visual assets using Canva and CapCut.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, test new formats and continuously improve content based on performance insights.
• Track channel performance, analyse analytics and report findings to optimise engagement.
• Support broader employer‑brand initiatives and people‑related projects across the company.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience creating and managing social media content.
• Strong understanding of social formats, trends and what drives engagement.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and a genuine interest in people and culture.
• Comfortable filming and editing content independently.
• Proactive, curious and organised with the ability to run projects from concept to execution.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian and able to approach colleagues for authentic stories.
