Software Engineer C# .Net – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing fintech scale‑up in Vilnius. You will work on high‑impact, distributed backend systems within a Microsoft stack, delivering core platform functionality that supports our hedge‑fund partnership and ambitious expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality C#/.Net services for the core fintech platform.
• Own technical projects from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with a small, cross‑functional team to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduated with a first‑class degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field from a top‑ranked university.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for building complex, distributed systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Motivation to work in a start‑up environment where you can shape the product and your career.
