Software Engineer C# .Net – FinTech (Vilnius)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing FinTech scale‑up in Vilnius. You will work on high‑impact, distributed systems within a Microsoft environment, delivering the core platform that powers our financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small, talented team to design, develop and maintain the core platform using modern C#/.NET.
• Take ownership of technical projects from requirements gathering through to production deployment.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable code and enforce best‑practice engineering standards.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities, including code reviews, testing and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• First‑class degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field from a top university.
• Strong academic background with solid understanding of OOP, data structures, design patterns and algorithms.
• Passion for solving complex problems in distributed systems and ability to work in a start‑up environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
