Software Engineer – Mid Level (Python, QoS Team)

About the role

Join the Quality of Service team to build automation solutions that keep millions of users safe online. You will work on a fast‑growing VPN product, collaborating with project managers and data analysts to deliver high‑quality, maintainable code.

Key responsibilities

• Implement automation solutions for specific business needs within the QoS team.
• Participate in design, planning, estimation and delivery of features and bug fixes.
• Build lightweight proofs of concept to inform future decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure thorough unit testing.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Data Analysts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Python and best‑practice coding.
• Experience with unit testing and solid OOP fundamentals.
• Understanding of common design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and SQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Linux, basic networking concepts and modern security practices.
• Hands‑on learner with strong analytical and communication skills.
