Software Engineer – Mid Level (Python, QoS Team)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated mid‑level Software Engineer to join our Quality of Service (QoS) team. You will help build automation solutions that keep our VPN services fast, secure, and reliable for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools for QoS business needs.
• Participate in team design, planning, estimation and delivery of features and bug fixes.
• Create lightweight proofs of concept to validate ideas quickly.
• Write clean, maintainable, high‑quality code.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Data Analysts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Python and best‑practice coding.
• Experience with unit testing and test‑automation concepts.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases, migration strategies, networking concepts and modern security practices.
• Hands‑on learner who enjoys solving creative problems.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
