Software QA Team Lead – Telematics

About the role

We are seeking a Software QA Team Lead to shape the quality assurance strategy for three core telematics software products. The role is pivotal during our expansion phase, ensuring that our GPS tracking platforms deliver speed, accuracy, and high operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and support the QA team, providing regular feedback and fostering technical growth.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum testing activities to meet project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Define and drive manual and automated test strategies across multiple product domains.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers early in the design phase to identify logic gaps.
• Maintain testing documentation in Jira and Zephyr Scale, ensuring compliance with ISO guidelines.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and deliver actionable insights to developers.
• Initiate improvements to testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Set, monitor, and report quality KPIs and team performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience in a testing environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in both manual testing and test‑automation implementation across multiple domains.
• Ability to design an automation‑first quality roadmap and scale it.
• Experience using test/quality metrics to guide decisions and reporting.
• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
