SOP Writer and Trainer for Knowledge Optimization Team

About the role

You will own the creation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Welcoming & Orchestration area, turning complex requirements into clear, practical guidance. Working within the Knowledge Optimization Team, you will support implementation, train colleagues, and help ensure consistent application of procedures across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs for the designated area.
• Support release management by organising workshops, prioritisation meetings and implementation activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate rollout of SOP updates across relevant teams.
• Collaborate with junior and senior stakeholders to translate process requirements into user‑friendly instructions.
• Train and support staff in applying SOPs in daily work.
• Work closely with the Implementation Team, Process Consultants and operational colleagues to secure high‑quality documentation and adoption.
• Participate in, and occasionally lead, projects aimed at improving SOP structure, quality and usability.

Required profile

• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge and experience in KYC/AML.
• Diligence, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Flexibility in a fast‑changing environment and a personal commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels (advantage).
• Documented results from using AI tools or a strong interest in leveraging AI for documentation and training.
