Stores Account Manager – Lithuania

About the role

Bolt is seeking a Stores Account Manager to lead the development and growth of its partner retailers in Lithuania. You will own a portfolio of stores, build strong relationships, and drive long‑term value for both the partners and the Bolt platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow the store portfolio’s profitability and long‑term success.
• Develop trust‑based relationships with retail partners and renegotiate contract terms such as commission rates and campaign plans.
• Analyse performance metrics to generate insights and improve partner results.
• Forecast growth, track business goals and resolve daily commercial and operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Merchant Success, Product, Growth, Customer Service) to activate retailers and accelerate business growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, consulting, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering client success.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and a proactive, never‑settle mindset.
